Steelers @ Bengals

By Adam Kiefaber

It has been an annoying Bengal week in Cincinnati.

No one seems to be getting healthy, Chad Johnson is rumored to be traded and then the “righteous” Keyshawn Johnson invades the Bengals’ locker room to do a terrible interview (below) with Ocho Cinco.

Now to make matters worse, the Bengal fans will have to deal with about 20,000 Steeler fans at Paul Brown Stadium this Sunday.

First, Keyshawn is a jerk. He is more of a cancer than Chad is or ever will be. I don’t know how he can act so righteous just because he works for ESPN now.

Speaking of jerks, many Bengal fans will the Jerk hotline on their speed dial this Sunday. If you don’t know what that is - fans at Paul Brown Stadium can call (513) 381-JERK to report bad behavior at Bengal home games.

There will be fights, there will be foul language, there will be hair pulling, towel stealing and full-out chaos this Sunday. You might want to leave the kids at home.

The Bengals injury report is full of names once again. Offensive tackle Willie Anderson (knee), middle linebacker Ahmad Brooks (groin) and LB Caleb Miller (back) have been ruled out for this weekend’s game. Running back Rudi Johnson (hamstring) is doubtful. Wide receiver Antonio Chatman (hamstring) is questionable. Safety Dexter Jackson (hip), WR Chad Johnson (ankle) and LB Corey Mays (hamstring) are probable.

Running back Chris Perry has been working on the side and will not play. The Bengals will have to make a decision on Perry next week. If they don’t think he is ready then the team might be forced to put him on the injured reserve, ending his season. Hopefully, that won’t happen. If what I heard at the beginning of the season about Perry is true, then there is no reason to believe that will happen.

Defensive end Aaron Smith (knee) has been ruled out for the Steelers. S Ryan Clark (abdomen) and cornerback Bryant McFadden are doubtful. LB Clint Kriewaldt (shoulder) is probable.

Prediction

Steelers 35, Bengals 17

I picked the Bengals to win the first five weeks and they rewarded me by going 1-4. Last week, I picked the Jets - so I’m going for the bitter Bengal fan approach again - let’s hope that it pays off

Well the actual score wasn’t as bad as your prediction…but your approach seems to have lost it’s affectiveness.

The Bengals stink. Poor Marvin. Like I said three weeks ago better start updating your resume. Hope he likes high school football.
